4: You have more money. You will save 1.50 per day.
5:Exercising and building muscles gains you brain cells
6:It will make you sleep really well.
7: Improves your self esteem.
8:You will be a happier person.
9: It helps you mentally and to calm down.
10. Even though you will be tired after working out you will have more energy.
11. Helps your eye site.
12. You will simply live longer.
13. You will have better posture.
14.You wont get as sick often.
15.You will work harder.
16.You will be reduced from diseases.
17.You will feel more confident
18. You will become a morning person.
19.Goals will be easier to reach.

Deletei work out probably 5 out of 7 days a week, and believe me your reasons that you stated above is so motivating, exercising isn't a waste of time, it's a better alternative to stay fit rather than taking pills with side effects. thank you so much for this post! :)
